By purchasing a ticket to the GodZilaZ Gathering you agree to our terms and conditions detailed below.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING FOR YOUR TICKET, AS BY PAYING YOU HAVE ACCEPTED OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Ticket numbers are limited and available by invitation only. 

Persons aged 14 or over on or after Friday 13th May 2011 will require a full adult ticket.
         

You may be asked for proof of age for a child who appears to look older than 14 years of age.
          

If the security is not convinced that the person(s) are over 14 years old they will be required to purchase a full adult ticket before entering the site.

Please bring identification with you, a birth certificate or passport will resolve any issues.

No admittance to under 14’s unless accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ID code. 
          
When purchasing an adult ticket you are required to state how many under 14’s are attending so they can receive their individual ID codes.
          
One adult ticket purchased allows the maximum admittance of 3 under 14’s.

There is a limited number free under 14 tickets.

Only persons over 18 years of age can purchase tickets for persons under the age of 14 years old.

Persons purchasing tickets for under 14 year olds will be responsible for them at all times.

Parents bringing their children will be responsible for their welfare at all times.

Persons under 10 years old are not permitted in the main arena or bar area after 7pm during the event.

The sale of Alcohol is available on site for those aged 18 or over.

Please don’t be offended if your asked to provide identification if you look under 25 years old. 

Strictly NO glass on site. Any persons found with glass may be asked to leave.

People attending the event are responsible for their own rubbish so please use the bins provided.

Strictly NO fires.

No loud music in the camping area.

          

Strictly NO admittance without a valid ID code. Wristbands will be issued after all details are confirmed.
          

Any persons found on any part of the site without a wrist band will be immediately removed off site.
          
To reduce your carbon footprint, traffic noise and congestion in the local area we would advise people to car share where possible as car parking is limited. Although GodZilaZ takes every precaution to keep your vehicle safe, GodZilaZ takes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to any vehicle left onsite.
     

Anyone wishing to camp over, or bring living vehicles on site will need to inform us of their parking and camping requirements when booking tickets.

This information will be required so a vehicle or camping pass can be issued in advance. 

There are limited numbers of camping and living vehicle spaces on site.
     

We reserve the right to refuse living vehicles and camping without booking a vehicle or camping pass in advance.

 

The dealing in or use of illegal drugs is not condoned by the godzilaz gathering organisers. It is illegal to take, buy or sell drugs. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable on site as anywhere else in the country. If you deal in drugs, it is very likely that you will be arrested via security and handed over to the local police. 

Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable for eviction from the site.

 

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

GodZilaZ accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to any person, property or vehicle for the duration of the GodZilaZ event.

Godzilaz Gathering Team. 

Tickets will be limited by our license and are available in advance, on a first come first served bases. Tickets are payable for adults and free for under14's, this includes camping and entertainment all weekend. There is a limit of 3 under 14s tickets for every adult ticket purchased.

Full 3 day weekend pass £25.00 for pre booked tickets or £30.00 on the gate.

Saturday and Sunday pass £20.00 for pre booked tickets or £25.00 on the gate.

Sunday day pass £10.00 for pre paid tickets or £15.00 on the gate.

Car parking £5.00 per car - No caravans

There are three ways to buy tickets:

1) Email us your details:

To purchase tickets we will need the following information for each adult as follows:

Name:

Phone number:

If you are camping (The number of MAN i.e 2 man tent)

If in a live in vehicle (type and size)

Also all names and ages of under 14s tickets

Each person in your party will receive a unique ID code which they will need for entry to the site. (if possible print out your invoice and bring it with you)

To purchase your tickets please email us at godzilaz@hotmail.co.uk

We will email you an invoice from pay pal which you need to pay (simply follow the instructions). On the invoice will find your ID codes that will be needed on entrance to the party. Please bring other identification with you to validate your code.

Once your ID codes have been confirmed you will be given a wrist band.

2) Buy tickets from the Great Malvern Hotel:
